WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data collected and processed by Primonial Group is used in accordance with the principle of minimization limiting the collection of personal data only for the purposes defined below:

-Management of a contract to which you are a party;

-Management of compliance with legal obligations concerning the fight against money laundering and corruption;

-Management of controls by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution and the Autorité des marchés financiers, where applicable;

-Sales management and marketing operations;

-Managing the activities of Primonial Group companies.

As part of our commercial relationship, and subject to obtaining your express consent, your personal data may also be used for prospecting purposes for products or services distributed by the Primonial group and its commercial partners. Finally, we may also offer you satisfaction surveys to gather your needs and improve our offer. In the event of processing for purposes other than those mentioned above, Primonial Group will specify these purposes and obtain your prior consent if required by law. Primonial will only process data if at least one of the following conditions is met:

Consent has been obtained;
The existence of Primonial's legitimate interest which justifies Primonial implementing the personal data processing concerned;
The performance of a contract between Primonial and the Client requires Primonial to process the personal data concerned;
Primonial is bound by legal and regulatory obligations that require the implementation of the personal data processing in question, in particular its obligation of vigilance with regard to obligations to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY PRIMONIAL GROUP?
The personal data that Primonial collects, as well as those collected subsequently, are intended for Primonial in its capacity as data controller.

Primonial ensures that only authorized persons have access to this data. Primonial's service providers may receive such data in order to carry out the services entrusted to them by Primonial. Certain personal data may be sent to third parties (business partners) or to legally authorized authorities in order to meet Primonial's legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
 

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES HAS THE PRIMONIAL GROUP IMPLEMENTED?

Regulations require us to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data. In this respect, we consider that all data concerning you constitutes confidential data subject to the professional secrecy to which we are bound. This data may be transmitted, used or stored within the security framework described below.

The Primonial group implements and maintains a series of logical, organizational and physical security measures on its IT environments in order to maintain the security of the data stored in its information system.

We are affiliated to a CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) and regularly carry out a series of tests on our websites and applications exposed on the Web in order to correct any vulnerabilities or loopholes identified. We comply with information system security best practices in terms of backups, data access and incident response.

Primonial Group ensures that its subcontractors and service providers implement and maintain a security system that complies in particular with the RGPD.

If we become aware of an incident with an impact on personal data, we take care, in accordance with the framework imposed by the regulations, to notify the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) as soon as possible after becoming aware of it and to inform the persons concerned.

Your rights

In accordance with current data protection legislation, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, the right to object to or limit the processing of your personal data, the right to the portability of your personal data and the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death.

The right to be informed: You have the right to obtain clear, transparent and comprehensible information on how we use your personal data and on how to exercise your rights. This is why we provide you with the information contained in this Personal Data Policy.

The right of access and rectification: At any time, you may request access to your personal data and ask for it to be rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
